If using a company's T3 or whatever hookup is ok recreationally on breaktime, porn should be ok as well (maybe with the condition of it not being viewable to casual passersby as you said.) Not allowing one thing, but all the other things is hypocritical.
And marking some content 'plain' but others 'NSFW' just reveals an immaturity in the one doing it. Like granting the premise that somehow porn is objectionable but youtube 'ISIL beheading' videos are fine.
