Please help with these grammar questions

I've done hundreds of these practice questions, but, for some reason, these are the most confusing for me. Can anyone help me out? Thanks for all your help.

Why can't I delete this? It says error whenever I try to edit or delete it. I've found the help I needed.

That's not how this forum works. You get a limited time to edit or delete a post. if you are the thread starter, you can delete it before the time limit is expired, if nobody has answered. You cannot delete a thread just because you want to.
