Mural of pelican diving in water. I've watched these birds doing this at Ft. Myers Beach from the pier. They surface and strain the water out trapping the fish.

Swallow-tailed kite
I've seen these in the summer in Florida.
I've never seen them like this. Must be a migratory gathering.
