What are the differences between following two sentences?

1) I wish you didn't smoke.

2) I wish you wouldn't smoke.

@Nousher Ahmed,
1) means I wish you were not a smoker, not here, not anywhere.
2) means I wish you wouldn't smoke right now (although it could also mean the same as number 1)
