had a potential risk in which i burst a rubber and after some time i have been experincing some symptoms which i am not sure wether they are ars or anxiety symptoms. took a lab test three weeks post exposure, results came out negative, i'm not sure which test was used in the lab. at five weeks post exposure i took another rapid antibody test which came out negative.

my question is howw can i rely on this result while i wait for the 3 months mark for a re-test as i'm stressing over the issue and seem to be experiencing more symptoms.

@Jinxx,
I believe this is what happens when people try to diagnose themselves over the Internet.

Talk to your doctor. Explain how anxious this is making you feel. And maybe ask for a referral to a therapist. I am not saying that you are utterly without cause for concern, but it sounds as if it is affecting you deeply. Talking to a therapist can help.
