you might want to consider wearing jeans or some kind of long pants.

You can't wear ANYTHING with metal on it, so Levi's are out.....So are metal zippers or belt buckles!

What is Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI)?
Commonly known as "MRI," this is a technique that uses radio waves within magnetic field to take multiple cross-sectional images of the body. MRI is often used to look at soft tissue structures such as the brain, spine and our joints. The magnetic field used within the machine is so powerful that all patients must remove any metal objects before they enter the scanner.

I found it to be loud. I've had them for my headaches, and I've had them with and without the dye injection. That's cool. When the rush of that dye hits you it feels like you have vibrating cartoon lips.

Well, tonight's the night. 8:00 PM. I've got nylon pants and a t-shirt to wear, so I should be OK.

Husker, was the high BP due to stress about the MRI? Those are big numbers.

It certainly was loud. They made me wear earplugs. But no problems. Now to see what my ortho guy makes of the pictures.

I wanna get the image of my brain and scan it for my desktop wallpaper.

Is that egotistical?
