Fat chance - unless they start a self-absorbed obnoxiousness ticket.

Hear Hear. I'm with Soz one hundred per cent on this. There is no reason to have bumped this thread, and there is no reason to go after the Bush twins. After all, when you consider who their father is, they have enough problems in this life.

I'm starting to worry Set. We've been agreeing on way too much lately. Could there be something wrong with me??? (Other than the make-up job that is)

I think you're doin' the make-up well enough . . . maybe you need more Limbaugh and O'Really . . . try to bone up on your rightwingnut outrage . . .

Thanks Set. I think I need a refresher course on rightwing outrage. I'd check out my local college for that, but I'm told it is a liberal arts college, so I doubt I could get any rightwing classes there.

That is the point. I thought most on the liberal side would be bright enough not to have me connect the dots for them.

When are you going to run for office so you can show everyone how it's all supposed to be done?

I am already a legend, I don't need to run for office.

News of the First Ofspring is nothing more than entertainment. Would you hold the president responsible for the actions of his children any more than hold them accountable for the actions of him? They are adults and they can do what ever they want.

They paid their fines and did their community service, where your savior, Bill Clinton, pardoned his misfit friends and family. Now which president's actions do you find proper? Nevermind his family!!

Didn't one of Kerry's daughters show up at a Paris fashion show in a sheer blouse that exposed her assets quite nicely?

Of course this has zero bearing on whether or not her father is qualified to be president of the United States.

But Patrick Kennedy having a minor traffic incident does?

Can't you get this Roxxxanne. The minor traffic accident is irrelavent unless, as has been reported as a distinct possibility, Mr. Kennedy had been drinking. Of course, we will never know for sure since the officers were not allowed to test him. If he had been or was under the effects of a prescription drug while driving, then I think it is a bit relavent, or at least as relavent as whether or not Bush is back drinking (as so many here made a big deal about a while back without any proof whatsoever)

My beef is that he was treated differently simply because of who he is. Would you like it if the situation was identical but it was Pres. Bush given the pass by the police. Good God, you would be raving mad about it.

But I understand Roxxxanne. You gotta do what you gotta do to defend one of your own. We republicans do the same thing most of the time. It is human nature.

Well, that's flippant.

I have no idea who you are, and most people don't.

It just doesn't serve any purpose to pick pick pick...it's boring boring boring.

Back during Hurricaine Katrina there was one A2Ker who just went on and on ad nauseum...I asked her what she would personally do if she was the president.

The only answers I kept getting back was how she was personally getting involved, blah blah blah...I kept asking the same question...if she was in charge, for real, right this minute, what would you do?

Never got an answer, just more complaints.

For real, what would YOU do if you were in a high elected position about whatever hot issue you choose?

It's easy to complain.
How about offering something helpful?

Actually, you are right. My bad. I did not even realize this Kennedy kid was in Congress. I guess he hasn't made much impact. I hope he gets help as I hope Liar Limbaugh is able to overcome his addiction as well.

Scrolling down we find that you admit that you didn't realize that Peg-Leg Patrick was a member of Congress. And so all the aggressive blather you posted is immaterial. What a surprise!

Actually, I bet that just about any other member of the House might, late at night, careen into a fixed object and no stir up a media ruckus. Not much doubt that because the fellow is a Kennedy, he's getting the headlines.

Tough! There's a pretty good chance that he would not have been elected to Congress had he not been a Kennedy and so a Kennedy takes the good with the bad.

Imagine Teddy was your father --- what life lessons might you learn from this immoral sybarite?
