Does "A lot of Trignometry & Geomtery uses into the interior layout of Automobiles." means the same as "A lot of Trignometry & Geometry is used into the interior layout of Automobiles." If not, why not?

First things first: your title should have read "Do both sentences have the same meaning?"

No, they don't, largely because the first sentence is nonsense--the verb "use" forms no such locution. The second sentence is also nonsense--the preposition "into" is not used, cannot be used as you have used it. That criticism applies to both sentences. The preposition you wanted was "in," plain and simple.

@sachinch09,
What Setanta said ^.

Also eliminate the use of upper case in all instances where you did it. There's no need for capitalization.

@sachinch09,
A lot of (Much) trigonometry and geometry goes into (is employed in, is involved with, is entailed in) the interior layout of automobiles (the or an automobile, a car)

A lot of Trignometry & Geometry is used in the interior layout of Automobiles

Now Sach, I'm stretching a point for what little humor it might entail (do you like that word) but the second could be interpreted to mean that the driver and any passengers are in the habit of computation by means of trig and geo as they sit in various spots within the vehicle
