Californicators are not capable of saving themselves. There is one hope in this insane picture and only one. That would be that we get rid of Bork Obunga via the 25'th amendment (there isn't time for an impeachment process) and that a new and halfway rational US president takes over the water situation in Californicatia.

If that doesn't happen, in less than a year, there are going to be 20 million stoned hippies and another 20 million illegal aliens streaming out of California and into other parts of the country which will not want them.

The 25'th amendment is intended to serve as a sort of a section-8 for presidents, who might become incapacitated either physically or mentally.

The 25th amendment does NOT allow someone to declare a President incapacitated when they are still capable of walking, talking and making decisions. It certainly wasn't used when Reagan had Alzheimer's. It would require a very clear medical condition that makes them incapacitated. Simply because you disagree with them is not incapacitation on their part.
