You are my heart and soul , I love you all
I'm not a great scholar of Latin, but I would suggest that it might be:
Vos estis pár meus cor(en?), vos amó. (The acute accent means that you pronounce the noun long.) This translates, to me, as 'you (pl) are like my heart, I love you (pl.) But, my declensions may be wrong...
Intimus estis animusque, nemo non amo.
