The doctor is concerned about the Neutrophils as they have been below the normal average for all three blood tests (average in brackets). I was also sick when the first and third blood test was taken. I also notice that all things realted to white blood cells are within the low range of the normal parameters for them. Would any recommended I see a specialist based on these three results? I am going for another blood test when I don't havea cold. I also don't usually get stick (maybe once a year with a cold). ANy advice would be appreciated.
@Casius,
Welcome to A2K.
If it were me, I'd see and ask my doctor.
I can direct you to an online medical expert resource, WebMD, that has an article about it:

The best/most appropriate advice anyone here can (and should) give you is for you to see your physician.
Good luck.
