Can You Identify My Painting Or the Artist?

I recently found this painting, I am looking for any information about the painting . It does have a signature in the bottom right hand corner that I cant make out. Any info such as artist, location, value, age would be brilliant thanks
The painting size is 20.5 Width 35 cm Length

Looks like a giclee print, enhanced with a few brush stokes.
