Brietbart: Baltimore is a democrat problem

Dem's have run the major population centers for decades and nothing has improved for the people who vote for them. Poverty is still high, education is not a priority to the students and social program hand outs are at an all time high. The Dem's have done nothing for the people of the inner cities but teach them how to blame others for their failures.
