I know that many people get tired of my old white ass so I thought that you may enjoy the point of view of Tim Black

@reasoning logic,
I think they both have too much time on their hands to keep babbling away and take forever to get to the point. It is not that Hillary hasn't quite reached her number, the point is that there is no way Sander's is going to catch up to her and the super delegates at the convention are not going to vote for him as they have already have said they would not. Moreover, of course the investigation is a criminal investigation, but as of this point, the FBI said Hillary was not the target of the investigation.

@revelette2,
I don't know where my head was, Hillary has already reached enough delegates to cinch the nomination.

@snood,
Oh well, couldn't sleep last night. I was half asleep this morning; I listened to half of the video. I wonder when some of the more zealous Bernie supporters are going to give it a rest? Like you said some time back, a Gilligan Island episode.

Has the FBI ever targeted 10s of thousands of emails of one person to criminally charge someone else?

Next time you have a problem sleeping listen to a bed time story by Chris.
He talks about many other things such as black lives matter.

In DC with 90% results in, Clinton at 79% and Bernie at 18%

@Blickers,
Yup that was the last of it. I'd love to be a fly on the wall at Bernie and Hillary's meeting tonight. Bet he demands Debbie Wasserman-Schultz be out as DNC chair. Wonder what else he demands.

@snood,
Wouldn't that be enlightening. Not merely in terms of the specifics in this case but as an education in how such negotiations actually are done. The standard post-negotiation statements like "It was a very productive meeting" have the function of telling us nothing at all.

@blatham,
Bernie's problem is that he's waited too long. He could probably have gotten some concessions from Clinton if he'd seen the writing on the wall and gotten out of the way.

What does Clinton really need from him at this point?

I have a feeling there will be a carrot and a stick for Bernie: Deliver the votes and the Clinton administration will smile and throw you some bones. Act like a petulant child, and the Clinton administration will smile and crush you like a cockroach.

@DrewDad,
Yeah, I don't know...
I think the Bernie or bust people have a strain of crazy that's a bit more viral than the PUMAs were infected with. I still get the feeling that Hillary and her people know they need to handle Bernie and his minions with care. They strike me as well capable of throwing a **** storm - a directionless, nondescript but nonetheless disruptive and destructive **** storm - during convention, just out of the pure bad sports' need to kick the gameboard and storm away.

@DrewDad,
If she does that she will come off as an arrogant elitist kicking a man when he is already down. She will probably smile and say the right things and let the DNC handle Bernie Sander's demands.

@revelette2,
I'm saying that the message will be conveyed to Sanders, in the nicest possible terms, that he may have the teensiest difficulty getting support for his initiatives if he keeps being obstinate.

Sanders probably lost leverage by holding on too long. In past few weeks, both primary & general election voters have moved toward Clinton.

Guess she doesn't plan to work toward enough progressive policies to get Bernie's endorsement. Who's surprised?
