@RABEL222,
Now, there's an idea with teeth in it. Those jokers in congress has no idea what's good for our country by playing politics.

Campaign finance reform and higher taxes on the rich.

That would convince you Hillary has other utility besides just corrupt corporate tool?

@maxdancona,

If Hillary snaps back after Bernie leaves the race, and the second Clinton administration is the same as the first one... I am going to be very upset.

I won't be. 16 Million Full Time jobs gained under Bill Clinton and not a whisper of doing away with Social Security and Medicare, as all the Republicans are saying. Hillary has only begun calling out the Republicans on Social Security and Medicare. Sounds like good news to me. If we get more out of her, like free community college for two years, so much the better. That's assuming she wins the nomination and general election, of course.

@Blickers,
I don't be in totally free community college education. The average cost is around $2,700/year. I believe in a sliding fee scale.

@cicerone imposter,
I believe in free community college education, and some free university education (no, not all). Other countries can do it, we can. It's a matter of caring. We spend zillions on war, there is money there, thrown away in some instances.. No, not always, but some of it. Our priorities are farely rumpled re importance.

@cicerone imposter,
We're way behind the advanced countries we are competing against in the percentage of people with 4 year degrees. And most advanced nations have free 4 year college if you qualify academically. The first two years free would be a tremendous boost toward making sure we don't have people who want to go to college, but just can't afford it.

Well, I understand the skepticism of some, but I think you have a very reasonable approach. I don't know if there are any metrics at all whose measure would move some folks from their bone-deep belief that Hillary is evil.

Stephen Colbert says Bernie Sanders has promised to stay in the race for all 50 states, “or 51, if you count the state of denial.”

My expectations are low. I'm not holding my breath. She'll probably make vague noises towards these goals but won't try hard.

@edgarblythe,
A vote for anyone other than Bernie is a vote for the modern day slave masters. Feel the Bern

Thought I'd drop this nugget in our Bernie time capsule:

Kansas has picked the winner 100% of the time during the past 50 years, and they picked

The Bern!

@cicerone imposter,
Are we going to wait till all 50 states vote or just appoint the Bern president without a vote?

When Bernie has a landslide in a state that's not 80% (+) white, let's talk.

You're asking for the impossible. Whites make up over 77% of the US population.

@cicerone imposter,
You're right, I should have phrased that differently. I meant that when Bernie takes a state with a significant black/hispanic electorate, that will be something
more remarkable to me than him taking states that have tiny minority populations.

@cicerone imposter,
Non-Hispanic whites I think are down to 66% of the population.
