Okay, you're not in love.
This is a fantasy, not much more than a Bollywood actress who you can never meet.
The difference is, you CAN meet this woman.
Don't lead with "I love you." That's absurd and creepy.
Just lead with something normal like, "Hi. I've seen you around and I just wanted to introduce myself. Have a great day."
Period. Now you're done.
It's respectful, short, and friendly. It's not creepy. If anything will happen, then you need to actually know each others' names and all of that happy stuff.
