I was just dozing off I remember dreaming but not about what (not a nightmare just a dream) then I awaken to my whole body shaking (I've never had seizures but have seen people have them it kinda felt like what I would think a mild one would feel like) my whole body was unable to move i tried to scream for someone to come check on me but nothing would come out. My vision seemed drakened or dull this all lasted less than a minute after it was over my heart raced for a couple of minutes & my right arm feels dull, sore , and heavy (this part is still going on). I'm 28 female I take remeron 45 mg every night but had not taken it yet tonight prior to this happening

Sounds like you were still partially asleep. If you think differently, go see a medical professional.

Contact your doctor, explain what you wrote, and ask about hypnogogia.
