The Wiggles of course, very popular here as well, Steve Irwin, the Crocodile Man (now unfortunately deceased), Leyland Brothers, made heaps of documentaries about Australia. I thought perhaps soapies like "Neighbours" and "Home and Away", both been running here for 20 odd years, also shown in the UK.

Would you believe 75% of all Television shows here come from the US?

That is surprising - 75%?...We love Steve Irwin. The boys still ask me about his death. That little Bindi is a doll though...we love her. Of course the Wiggles! But the others I have not heard of.

What are you speaking on tomorrow?

Have you by any chance seen a documentary named "Tuna Cowboys" on TV, they say it's very popular in the US, it features my sons's fishing company?

The danger is the "Sharks" but luckily they have never had an accident yet. Should you watch it, my son is the Skipper talking to the Pilot of the spotter plane overhead.

Do you have school canteens in the US? (They do here, the kids can purchase their lunches, drinks etc and they are manned by the mothers of the students)

No we have cafeterias though...we have "lunch ladies". Ladies that are paid by the school to cook and serve warm food for the kids. It's not the greatest food to be honest. My boys love Pizza day and Chicken Finger day! But they usually take their lunch. It is better for them really. DH and I are going to eat lunch with them today though. They are so excited.

You about to turn in?

Still not getting used to the time zones. Is it 8.15am at your place right now?
