Yes we are, have severe water restrictions now for months. Australia's major river "The Murray" is slowly drying up!

erm...Rawal Dam...i think...or is it the Indus? no that's too far away... Rawal probably gets its water from....well, one of the five major rivers..
but no...we don't have problems like that...atleast not in my part of the country...we get enough rain (monsoon) and then there's the glaciers that melt into the rivers...enough for us up in the northern part of the country...
