I am a full-time Mom - but, I volunteer a lot at Church and the school. So I have some work...but just not paid for it!

I love to cook...but I don't think you would call what I cook exotic. I like it fresh and lots of flavor, things like cumcumber tomato salad with feta with grilled chicken and couscous...You would never see me using - ummmm say sea urchin or calamari! LOL...I do love seafood though!

I use to live closer - I was an hour away...I am now a good 4 hours away - very sad. Love those walks on the beach. Love laying on the beach...drinking on the beach eating on the beach....
