There are in Scotland and skiing is quite popular there during the winter months!

No, but certainly done waterskiing behind a car on a bonnet, during heavy rain when the streets were flooded.

Scientists making claims now that drinking is dangerous to your health, no doubt the labour government will be closing Spendi's watering holes next! £50 fines being issued for having a fag on a shopping mall car park in Preston!
Do you realise we are being totally controlled in this country?
What about us? No smoking at the football!! (I don't smoke but thousands do) No smoking in pubs by the end of the year, not even in your own car if you have children on board. Talking about being controlled, they are mad over here.
I live in a city of 1million plus people, would you believe there are 10 different speed limits here!! Would agree this is bureaucracy gone mad, just to catch the motorists and raking in millions of dollars in fines?
