That IS a good question, Shari! ... I know who I am, and I know myself well, but do I know myself fully??? I suppose, for me that is part of the stuff of life!

What sort(s) of things do you like to explore?

I dont know...thats the problem I guess. I dont know myself well enough to know what I would like to explore outwardly.

What do you like to explore?

It's a very positive and adventurous thing to do.One can do it oneself with great books. They force you to face things a bit.

Have you tried that method?

I agree! Therapy to those who need help and
receive help. Often times however, therapy bypasses
to take responibility for one's own actions, and I object
to this method. A good therapist can be essential to
one's well being, but for every good one there are
ten quaks out there.

Agreed?

Only if the term "therapist" is used technically.Of those I would go hardly one in a thousand.

Do you prefer team games to individual ones?

No! I guess I am too rational. Either it works out or
it doesn't. Communication between the 2 partners is
important, but I feel a relationship book is too generalized
and won't help.

Have you learned from these books?

Individual games. I'm not much of a team player.

What kind of games had you in mind?

I can't imagine a great book that isn't a relationship guide.

Are you getting bogged down with labels?

I don't think so shari, but if it helps you, then it serves its
purpose.

Has it?
