The best part of America would be subjective. Some folks are into mountains and others like the desert while many prefer the beaches.
For me it's anything in the Northern areas with lots of trees.

And yes Mathos. The answer is yes...you've seen my posts.

If global warming turns out to be excelling far more rapidly than previously thought, would it scare you?

You've visited a lot of places in the US, Mathos, quite impressive. spendius, you'd pick up his question, I have
no doubt about that.
The best part of America would be the diversity.

Where is your hometown?

To a certain extend yes, especially while living so close to
the coast.

Which would you prefer: global warming or global cooling?

I think an ice age would be fantastic, we could all live in igloos and eat Polar bears and Yak, would you cook them for us Cal?

No, I don't think so, Mathos. I prefer global warming
and couldn't cope with ice age like temperatures.

Can't you cook?

I used to enjoy travelling, and I've seen a lot, but
the past few years it has become a hassle to travel,
especially when you have children tagging along.

Are you travelling alone and how long will you be gone?

Where are you going in Europe?

I'll be going to Munich, my hometown, and probably another
city in Europe. Haven't decided yet where, or if at all.

That's a long extended vacation, Mathos, I only can dream
of. I couldn't possibly take off such a long time.

Are you retired?

Not really or officially, but I can plan my year to enjoy the winter in warm climates and enjoy myself.

Do you enjoy flying?

No, not at all! It's not that I am afraid or anything,
it is the unpleasantry of it: too many people cramped
into relatively small planes, stale, dry air, dirty lavatories,
coughing and sneezing sounds, and utter boredom.
Not to mention lost lagguage and other inconveniences
that might happen, and have happened to me already.

Having a private plane would be the only luxury I ever
want.

What luxury(ies) would you indulge in?
