Hi Carbuncle!

The French staple is "Steak and chips". Steak is often smaller than yours.
Kids have often Ham and noodles.

I like to cook, but no one likes to eat it. Some kind of miracle though, Thanksgiving turned out perfect!

What was the last movie you rented and watched at home?

My brother and I rented several movies last week at the same time and they were: Requiem for a Dream, The Anarchist Cookbook, and Punch Drunk Love. And my roomies and I rented Sex and the City season 3 on Sunday, but that's not a movie.

Was my answer long enough?

Your answer is perfect to me. I tend to make short sentences but that's because my english vocabulary is not a very extended one.
But it's still improving and in some weeks it will be better.

What is your opinion about forums improving english?

It helps if you want to speak the language fluently, yes. But I think I could greatly improve my Spanish speaking if I could just talk to some local hispanics.

Btw, you lost me after "I am very well in general"... I haven't learned any French since I was 12.
