Is my friend having mutual feelings towards me?

I am gay and I am not open about it. Me and this guy are kinda best friends for the past 5 years and I really love him. But I dont have the courage to reveal this because of the fear of losing the friendship. He talks about girls, plays soccer (well I dont play). and he meets me for coffee twice a week. some times when we are at the coffee there are conversational breaks, awkward breaks and he secretly stares at me. he dont talk about gays. He dont talk about sex. He wears a range of boxers of all colors. he has a bubble butt. he has a big nipple. He has a girl friend. I used to wish him on his birthday but he gets freaked out when I do that. He once said why I remember a guy's birthday. He didnot ever wish me on my birthday. He gets jealous of me sometimes due to some of my achievements.

He once said I look hot. Also oneday when he came to my room I was wearing a boxer. and he interestingly stared at my bulge for 15 seconds.

Last week I asked him whether he can go to near by city and he agreed to go at once. a cousin of him is staying in that city and I asked him if he could arrange accomodation at the cousins place. he said if we both go to that house, we have to sleep in a same room / same bed so they might say that we are gay couple.

So I said I can hire a hotel room with queen size bed. he said it's not necessary to get a queen. He said a single bed would be ok. so we have planned everything and we are ready to depart next Friday.

So considering all of this things, I would like to know if he is into me. But I really want our sleepover to turn to a hot m2m action. any ideas?? Thanks in advance.
