Overthinking commas now :(

1)" As the latest photographs show, this is not an isolated incident and he will be lectured on the dangers of nitrous oxide when he meets with Sam tomorrow."

Is this punctuated correctly? I'm beginning to get rather concerned with commas.

For example, "As the latest photographs show, this is not an isolated incident" is absolutely perfect, I'm convinced, as dependent clause links to an independent clause with a comma

But, what about combining "and he will be lectured on the dangers of nitrous oxide when he meets with Brendan Rodgers tomorrow."? Should there be a comma before "and", as this is just another independent clause?
