Henderson, in the book that announced his millennial tripeist philosophy, explains: "Note to Tail Eating" means it would be disingenuous to the animal to make the most of the whole beast.

Does the word "tripeist" mean something silly or worthless? Could you please paraphrase this part for me? Thank you very much in advance.

Are you familiar with tripe? it is an ingredient he is known for popularizing.

Do you know the nose to tail cooking/eating philosophy?
