According to the Urban dictionary, it's another word for a wet dream. It's sad ho the language deteriorates.
People come up with new words because they are ignorant of there already being words for the things they experience. The young especially act as though they have invented everything.
We need a new thread about this, old verses new and WT does this mean, especially reading some of my "kids" face-book words.
Then again .............

Young people should not be allowed into polite society until bout age 25 to 30. Then again, old farts should be excluded after about age sixty . . . hmmmmm . . .
Old farts are still very young at heart and can whip their butts and then some BUT, young people have "some" things to teach us.....Not a lot but. Maybe.

I believe we heard this term some time ago.
In fact, I discovered the definition from this site in a discussion - but I can't remember when. I assume it is a non-English language term.
