If you can find something about Krashen's Second Language Acquisition Theory in your native language, it would be of great help to you. It can teach you how to teach yourself.

In the meantime, if you have specific language questions, we have a pretty good group of people who will help answer them.

Learning a certain language is a long-term course. One should stick to it everyday, reading articles, writing in English, litening to English and speaking it out.
Cultivate an interest is also of importance. I often listen to English songs and watch English movies, it's just relaxing and I pick up the language sense.

Maybe you can try to listen to VOA or BBC carefully at least one hour a day, speak it out, read English articles and write something in English regularly.
