What do you call this?
In addition, is "prickly ash" a proper compound noun?

Can you find a better picture? Or translate a description. Is Prickly Ash looks like some sort of berry or spice?

I thought it was called "prickley heat".
Hmmm, Phoenix, did you mean the name of "prickly ash" is proper? In the pic it is used as a seasoning/spice for cooking.
PS.
Please pay attention to the title of the thread -- " Vegetable keeping fresh" -- the vegetable that you see in supermarket that is well wrapped for keeping it fresh. What do you call it?
