Hello!

I am glad I found this forum. My name is MarĂa and I'm 18. I have just finished my first year of Translation and Interpreting at the European University of Madrid. In september I will go to Cologne, Germany where I will speak a year as an Erasmus student to improve my german.

I was born in Portugal and I've lived in Spain since I was 10 years old. I'm bilingual of Portuguese and Spanish and I also speak English and German.

Is there anyone here who studies this too (or works as a translator or interpreter)? It would be cool to talk to you.

Why not trying to get some contacts over the Erasmus program?
And I'm quite sure some of your study pals also do speak several languages. Wouldn't actually talking be a lot more helpful than just typing?
