Regular sex helps students

A German sociologist Werner Habermehl says regular sex can help university students pass exams and get better grades.

Habermehl from the University of Hamburg said he and his team had tested students before and after sex.

They found that regular sexual activity significantly increased mental capability, but they found celibate students found it harder to make the grade.

As well as decreasing the length of time needed to complete a course, students with a healthy sex life also received better marks, said Habermehl.

The research was carried out together with German research institute GEWIS.

My class valedictorians were virgins. Explain THAT! Also, I got laid pretty regularly in high school and I still screwed up. But I do admit that even now in my 40's I find myself enjoying life more when I'm getting some.

Maybe it's right.
But just for the students who have their sex parters.
What about those who haven't?just jerk it off?
Yes,it's also a good and only way.

Habermehl adds in the original article at SpiegelOnline of June 7, 2004 (in archiv by now, can be viewed only with "pay per view" and in German  ) that no sex obviously doesn't do much harm either: "Immanuel Kant had no or only a little bit sex, but was nevertheless a genius."
Quote:

You can also add Isaac Newton to the list of virginal or near-virginal geniuses.

Or...maybe intelligence IS attractive after all!

It could explain why the smarter kids are getting more. Perhaps I'm just an optimist....
