We could not refuse them, or else we could not finish our task. Army is a disciplinary army. It might become a plate of scattered sand if administering soldiers with the means of human-oriented management. If troops need to rescue people suffering in earthquake and their properties, today's soldiers might completely refuse doing so. Perhaps you have to handle the situation with simple and crude manner. Telling them with proper reason and persuading them with ideal? Time is not allowed to do so. The ruffians, who dodged away the gate of jail and turned to enter the gate of the army, would not like to listen to you. The qualities of the sevicemen and sevicewomen have worsened. Could the battle effectiveness at large be strong hence? The problems could not be handled alone by the officers at grass roots. At present, military officers have not had their mind secure. Suffice to say that most of them have sacrificed their intimate relationship with their families and relatives. But their income can not get increased, their family members face unemployment; their children face the problem of entering school; they have to scratch along. Can they have their mind secure? Resolving the corruption in the army is a key to increase the battle effectiveness.
