Discrimination is illegal. Being trans isnt

Is it illegal to discriminate against someone with asthma or diabetes? Both of those medical conditions prevent you from serving?

@MontereyJack,
Bigots have always tried to justify their bigotry, the same arguments used against trans people were used against gays, women and minorities.

The language stays the same, the targets change.

The same arguments? Men can't have periods or get pregnant was used to justify things against those groups of people? Having to take meds to maintain "proper hormone levels" and having surgery to have the outside match the inside, was used against those groups as well? That's an interesting take on things, even you have to admit it's bullshit.

@Baldimo,
The system is broken when it disenfranchises three million people.

So, Hillary didn't game the system well. Obama did, though.

Three million more normal people polled well with what you regard as "extreme leftist ideas."

The system prevents the tyranny of the majority. The Left are the tyrants. If you do not like it that is too bad. Discussion over until the Constitution is amended.

Once again, your team not winning isn't disenfranchisement, it's poor campaigning. You don't get to change the rules when you don't win.

No one "gamed the system", they played by the rules of the game, as they were set down a long time ago. Just because you can't win by the rules of the game doesn't mean you change the rules, it means you play a better game, in which case Hillary was incapable of doing and Obama was perfectly able to play the game and win.

Now you are making things up. Those 3 million people were in CA, not a normal place nor is it average. It's a liberal stinking meca, and they are trying to bring us down with them. Why do you think so many people are leaving CA?

@coldjoint,
So instead we get the tyranny of the minority. That is not an improvement.

@Region Philbis,
We are still at the, it never happened point. Did you not see the answers the "witnesses" gave when they were directly questioned? It seems their opening statements said one thing, but the real answers said another.

In case you missed it:
I heard from a friend who, heard from a friend who, heard it from another that you been messing around...

@coldjoint,
The EC disenfranchised the majority for the will of the minority that voted for trump. That's the tyranny of the minority. Next.

@oralloy,
Even you should be able to tell the difference between the voters and the electoral college

@MontereyJack,
As far as I know, the vast majority of the electoral college adhered to the will of the voters that they represented.

Sounds like the triumph of hope over experience.
