True, but if he did lie, he sure is taking an awful chance. When he lied before congress, he was in a friendly environment who heard what they wanted to hear who were in charge. He still was when he testified under a democrat controlled House but; now he is under plea agreements with Robert Mueller and apparently is still corroborating with Southern District of New York. I imagine anything new he said, will be investigated by them as well as new hearings in the House at least. The senate is in republican control, I bet they hold some hearings I think they already recommending perjury charges to the DOJ. I imagine Cohen was fully aware of those conditions going in. He didn't strike me as clueless. Which is why I don't fully buy the blind loyalty completely. I think he knew full well what he was doing was wrong like he admitted he did in which case he wasn't blind as much as willfully blind. (like so many other Trump apologist)
