I perceive no trampling.

The electoral college actually protects the voters. If a local issue drives voters to the polls in a big city, the excess turnout will only sway the results of that state and will not swamp the voters in the rest of the country.

The electoral college gives Smaller, les populated states MORE rights than voters in larger, more populated states. That's unequal justice.the minority hasMORE rights than the majority.

Wrong, the Electoral College follows the Constitution, the Constitution has no mention of group or majority rights because there is no such thing as group rights. The Constitution protects the rights of the individual, they are individual rights.
