Trump's racism should be common knowledge. He didn't rent any of his apartments to blacks. He paid for a full page ad to execute five innocent black kids. He pushed the birther idea against Obama for five years. Yes, five years. What normal person does such a thing? Only a mentally unbalanced person would spend the money to push lies against a political candidate. Many psychiatrists question Trump's mental stability, and rightly so since he has the nuclear code. His border wall and tariffs are stupid ideas that's been challenged by many people. A border wall costing tens of billions to build and maintain will not stop illegal immigration. His tariffs succeeded in starting a trade war that only results in higher prices for all consumers. He's not only ignorant but dangerous to our freedoms and sanity. His separation of children from their parents at the border proves how ignorant he is about the mental health of children and their parents. None of those things mean he is racist. Not renting to blacks was a business decision influenced by the racism around him, not his. If those black kids were guilty why would their skin color matter? He had the money to back up what he believed. As for Obama it was not about color, it was about eligibility. Obama just happened to be black. Trump being white does not mean he was born here(he was) does it? Are all white people born in America?

I understand bigotry in this country too well. During WWII, we Japanese Americans were put into concentration camps in this country by the white majority. A history mostly forgotten by the people of this country. FYI the 442nd Infantry Batallion made up of Japanese Americans were the most decorated unit in American history. My cousin in Hawaii was also in the 442nd Infantry. They fought in Italy, France and Germany, and did MIS service in the Pacific theater as interpreters and code breakers. Many volunteered into the Army from those concentration camps.

In regard to the Japanese Americans that was placed in camps during WW2 to me the very small percent of the total young Japanese Americans men that flatly refused to be drafted and serviced in the US military given how they and their families was being treated was at least as brave and honorable as those who did service with war honors during WW2 while their families was behind barbed wire.

Looks like just that guy down in Kansas who (maybe?) won by ~1000 votes in a crowded primary field with 6 candidates. The 6th place finisher got ~17800 votes. Wonder how he'll do in November if he's the candidate.
