Yep, spontaneous like the video that caused Benghazi. Both lies.

@maporsche,

It's like they can't understand how a photo of a single child can be used to represent a larger issue.

You are quite right. And it is supposed to represent a larger issue. They just should have used a photo of a different child, and they acknowledged that.
Otherwise, it's a very effective cover--and one that makes a point.

So propaganda in the media is ok with the left, as long as it is for a cause you think is worthy?

Quote:
I mean, I see anti-abortion ads that feature children who weren't aborted...how is that relevant when you're talking about "dead babies".

You are going to compare an ad to the cover of one of the largest news agencies in the US? You wonder why more and more people are not trusting the MSM?

You don't think there is a different standard for the news vs advertising?

Thank goodness, saner heads and more compassionate hearts spoke out and forced a change...

But 2047 children still remain in the placement of the government, with apparently no clear strategy on how, or when, to reunite them with their families.

And that's why the outrage must continue.

Why do you think there are so many people who trust and believe in Donald Trump? It's a huuuuge mystery for me!
People don't like the way the Democrats always try to violate their Second Amendment rights, and people do like the way Trump prevents the Democrats from violating our Second Amendment rights.

Meh. The media's lies about him are even worse.

According to the Texas Civil Rights Project, which has been able to speak with detained adults, multiple parents reported that they were separated from their children and not given any information about where their children would go. The organization also says that in some cases, the children were taken away under the pretense that they would be getting a bath.

When I read that, the first thing that came to mind was Hitler's treatment of Jews, Poles and Gypsies. They were taken to concentration camps, and over 6 million were exterminated.

@MontereyJack,
This is exactly why people like Trump so much. We don't like having our rights violated, and he prevents liberals from violating our rights.

That is so stupid it is hard to believe you actually said that. The Weathermen thought it would be necessary to kill 25 million after assuming power. Bill Ayres was behind that and is one of Obama mentors. If any kind of government like that comes about Trump and his supporters would be killed.

And idiots would be on here saying it was necessary.

Pitiful.

Who cares? That does not bother him one bit, and to think it does is ludicrous. These distractions do not distract him.

I await your proof.

That's true also of what Trump calls "fake news." He has not provided any evidence of those being fake news. I can call Trump a bigot and a liar, and I can also provide evidence for it. I think most thinking people know what I'm talking about.

@Baldimo,
Quote Baldimo:
Quote:
Yes, it was a bogus cover, it had no basis in reality for the story they put forth about children being separated from their parents.
Children that kid's age were separated from their parents. Therefore, it was based in reality.

Quote Baldimo:
Quote:
It was propaganda put forth to tug at Americans heart strings. They knew what they were doing,
Not propaganda. The government's own records show that over 2,000 children were separated from their parents in the last few months.

Quote Baldimo:
Quote:
it was part of the bullshit outrage campaign pushed by the MSM.
The media factually reported that over 2,000 children were separated from their families at the border. As a result, there is indeed outrage. This is a good thing.
