Is he willing to pay for the medical costs of taking care of all the health issues of all babies born?

Robert Pape was an adviser to Obama during the 2008 election cycle. Of course he is going to say Bush is at fault, he is an Obama backer. You will notice that isn't mentioned in the article at all. You know disclosure...

Reagan's amnesty was meant to solve the illegal immigrant problem, instead it made it worse. Illegal immigrants in the 1980's numbered in the low millions, 3-4 million. We now have over 11 million illegal immigrants in the US. That is an increase of almost 3x.
