How to Fix the War on Terror?

I asked the question, "How to solve the problem of Terrorist Islam?"
The responses to that question ranged from "that is a racist, bigoted and sick question," to "we need to understand why they hate us," to "targeting the Islamic fascists, killing their families, and burying them in pigskins," to "do exactly what we are doing now: take the war to Iraq, an odious dictatorship; defeat them; and install a democratic government."
Obviously, the only alternative at this time to the last suggestion is to wage Total War against all and any Islamic Terrorists wherever they are found (including such places as Saudi Arabia and Iran - which, is simply not practical).

However, ultimately, it is Islam itself that has to reform its Death Cultists.
This leads me to two new questions:

How do we get the world and our president, George W. Bush, to correctly identify whom we are fighting?
President Bush insists on calling this a war on terror.
It is not a war on terror; it is a war against Islamic Fascist Death Cultists.
As I discussed this with a friend of mine, who is also a right wing conservative American who agrees with our position on our war in Iraq, he insisted that my appellation, "Islamic Fascist Death Cultist" or even Islamo-fascists or any other name which contains the word Muslim or Islam is a misnomer and will never be used or accepted by the President of the United States or any other country in the world.
He believes that, while it may be accurate, it will always be offensive to Muslims and it will never serve the purpose of making Islam examine its wayward actions and attempt reform.
So, the question is: What to call these Islamic Fascist Death Cultists?
He suggested that perhaps Jihaddists or Fascist Jihaddists might work.
I don't know. What is an accurate term to describe the Islamic/ Arab entity who wishes to install their particular brand of religious fascism over a wide swath of our planet?
One that would not be inherently offensive to Muslims?

The second question is either:
Where are the moderate leaders of Islam who will unequivocally condemn this inhuman, murderous bloodlust of their fellow Muslims, who glory in slaughtering innocents with impunity?
Or, how do we call forth these selfsame moderate Muslim Leaders to condemn; issue fatwas; declare invalid; rule against; take up the "bully pulpit" against those who would support or even exculpate this wanton murder in the name of Allah?

The serious question is how to get Islamic leaders, journalists, personalities, sheiks, mullahs, clerics, presidents, military rulers, etcetera, to get the (Radical, Fascist Jihhaidists?) to perhaps pursue their avowed goals of world domination without slaughtering innocents.

Is this too much to ask?
