@chanice4499,
Most probably, there are still flaws occurred during the process, how would they address it, then? I mean, in what way they will going to accommodate ALL concerns? It would be hard, I guess because employees have various sentiments, don't you think?

@JeannethCupas,
Yeah, you are right. Ofcourse, they would still have to balance things out. They will hear them, that's for sure, and provide sound judgment afterwards. They could not just simply give them what they needed, abruptly. Those are still need to undergo a process.

@JeannethCupas,
The Human Resource Management function is a crucial part of management within organizations, made more so by globalization,
competition and the changing nature of the work. The HRM functions are all the activities and processes involved with the management and development
(contractual and legal) of people in an organization from the period of hiring or acquisition and retention to the point of exit. However, the Paradox of the HRM Function as what Becker, Huselid, Pickus & Spratt (1997) exemplified is that the HRM function is at a cross road. One end represents the
crises situation of the function to justify itself and confronted with the prospect that a significant portion of its traditional activities will be outsourced. The other hand is focused on the opportunities that can be derived when the HRM system is seen as a source of strategic asset.

@JeannethCupas,
It's so much easier to get your work done when you create a bunch of sock puppet accounts and just keep answering yourself, eh?

@JeannethCupas,
HR needs to know and be aware more on how to assist in their professional endeavor. To attract the highly qualified applicants to achieve organizational objectives and strategies.

@JeannethCupas,
HR is perceived as the ones who discerns strategic plans on how to maximize and utilize their employees' performance in attaining common goals. Their ideas and concepts matter when a certain aspect of operation and production needs augmentation. In simpler terms, human resource is not only concern with the improvement of the staff but also with the public's welfare in general.

@JeannethCupas,
I perceive that Hr in our organization is important and has a lot of responsibilities. They are the one who hires and also, terminate an employee.

@khozgran,
How can you say that HR is a "critical part"? What are your basis for such statement, if you don't mind?

@Mio24,
What level of importance they ought to project Sir/Maam? I mean, yeah they are important but does it mean that the other departments in an organization doesn't bear the same level of importance with that of an HR? Very Happy

@JeannethCupas,
Actually, each department is important. Without the help of other department, an organization will totally fail. 😊
