I'm a little confused mam.. U said that HR in a school setting is the Guidance Counselor.. Then, what do you call those HR personnel working in the school itself? If HR personnel outside school could be regarded as Guidance Counselor, then I guess there would be no need for an HR department since Guidance Office could actually do the job.. Smile Just saying..

According to what I have heard, HR Personnel should be ones much more approachable than of the other department.. In this respect, how do the HR Manager see to it that, during the selection and recruitment process of recruiting HR staff itself, that the one they select is really do have the attitude to be part of the HR team..? I mean, attitude couldn't easily be measured.. What would be the ways or process in measuring such?
