Human Resources (HR) teams is the one responsible for facilitating the recruitment, retention and development of talent and should also be seen as a vital and strategic business partner. People, with the right talent and attitude, are the life-blood of any company and it's the HR Department held responsible for the recruitment and retention of such talent. However, HR professionals have become delusional with their role. Some employees feel held back or restrained by HR rules and regulations; they don’t feel supported in a way that helps them with their needs.
