I am having a leather journal stamped with the Spanish translation of the English phrase:

"My heart named Cuckoo"

It appears to be in Spanish: Mi corazón llamado Cuckoo

Would this be how such an expression would be said in Spanish? I fear its too much of a literal transliteration of each word, rather than a conveyance of the idea that 'This is my heart, and its name is Cuckoo'.

Sorry it's such a weird question, but I would love a native speaker's opinion.

Thanks in advance!

@selectmytutor,
We do not translate proper names (e.g. Cuckoo).

@Tes yeux noirs,
Thank you. That's a practice that drives me nuts.
