English - Latin translation: Accept the roses, leave the thorns

Hello,
I am hoping to get the saying "Accept/take the roses, leave the thorns" tattooed on me so it is VERY important to me to have it right. I know I can run this through many online translators and get just as many answers so I am looking for help! I am also wondering which declension/form would be most appropriate. The purpose of the tattoo is to remind me to accept the good stuff life has to offer and let the bad stuff go every day.
Many thanks for any help!

George

@George,
Hi George, I see you are quite the Latin expert on here. I am hesitant to trust the translation website and want to check with a person. Can you translate the following for me into Latin?
"good erosion"
"practical sense"

@mbhall,
Here's how I'd translate them:

"good erosion"
attritio bona

"practical sense"
mens perita

@George,
May I please trouble your kind soul & talented tongue, sir- to translate this already lovely quote, to latin? All save the author credit, of course Wink

"But he that dares not grasp the thorn, should never crave the rose."(- Anne Bronte)

The likely most inaccurate, computer generated translation is:
"Qui autem audit, et non attingit ad quod spina nusquam concupiscunt rosam ."

@lhoney75,
Qui autem spinam capere non audet, rosam nunquam aveat.
