Prostate test was good and my UTI test was good as well. I have sent a culture test in so I'm waiting on that..
The symptoms I've been having these past 3 days are:
-Frequent urge to pee
-After peeing, feeling like bladder isn't completely emptied
-Premature Ejaculation during masturbation
-Sore around penis head
-After peeing, little bits of pee have to be pushed out
I do remember having issues like this for about 20 minutes or so after masturbating when I drank alot of water in the past but it went away quick. Now It's been non stop for 3 days. I do remember not showering for a good 2-3 days, and using some soap to clean my penis with. Maybe it's irritated??? please hel

It doesn't sound like any kind of soap issue. You really need to get back with your doctor.

You say your prostate is ok. (That was my first thought.)
Let me ask you this: what else have you been doing sexually besides masturbating? Anything? A drippy penis is often a symptom of an STD.
At any rate, see a doctor ASAP.

That was going to be my suggestion. Even if he has had only monogamous sexual relations, it is possible the partner has not and has brought home an STD.
If nothing is resolved with your current set of labs, have a chat with your doc about further tests for STDs.
