Our Aussie friends have started welcoming in the New Year, already have their Biff hats on, and are hover-boarding, I hear.

Just finished The Purple Rose of Cairo (1985) in time. Now it's January 1st, 2015. It's no longer available on Netflix. Rating it a 9/10.

Based on that recommendation, I'm going to start watching it. We'll see what happens in 40 minutes when it's 1/1/15.

I see the cast includes Edward Herrmann, who died today.

I'll go with farmerman for Sauerkraut und Schweinefleisch, if they have some left over.

Learn from yesterday, live for today and hope for tomorrow. Of course, many people look forward to a new year of old habits, that's okay too. After all we have new 365 blank pages to fill, make it interesting!!

I was logging into World of Warcraft so I could celebrate in-game as well as in real life, and a friend I hadn't heard from in some three years happened to be logged in the game.

I was so caught up in saying hi to my old friend that I totally missed the ball drop. Very Happy
