Hey, I have been doing high intensity work out videos for four months, since I had my baby girl. I have never experienced burning lungs since high school Rugby in the frigid cold! I took a two week break because of tonsillitis and now my lungs burn like crazy whenever I work out!
I thought it would go away after the first couple times but I feel awful and the burning is so bad I can't breathe.
Has anyone else experienced this?
What can I do to ease it? Its really hindering my progress, my heart rate will just start to climb and I have to stop because of the pain
@saturdayknight,
Seeing a doctor seems to make the most sense to me.
They're right. You must seek a doctor that's the only solution
@saturdayknight,
To check the actual reasons of burning lungs or pain Sensation of lungs. Kindly check with PFT test or test related pulmonary airways of both lungs. Consult your chest physician on priority.
@saturdayknight,
Before concluding on your own, you must do your check up. So yes, go and see a good doctor and do not continue this routine if it is hurting you.
