(A) A Christmas tree is an evergreen or artifical tree decorated with lights and coloured ornaments situated in people's homes at Christmas. (or "at this time of year")

The Easter egg is one made of chocolate or a hen's egg with painted shell, given (as a present) to children at Easter (in paren seems redundant)

Passover is a Jewish religious festival memorializing freeing of (the) Jews from slavery in Egypt.
