You provide inadequate context, but "effected" means to bring into effect. "Affected" means something that one has changed.

The regulations were effected on January first, because that was when they came into effect.
Your brain was affected by that alcohol you drank.

Yes, you'll perform analysis on the tables that were affected to you.

Or on the tables where you were affected.
